Coach’s Tips

Information surrounding all important areas listed below can be requested by members from the Head Coach.

Swimmers will also receive swimming tips and expectations that will educate you how to conduct yourself in training and the lead up to competition.  Many variables affect swimming performance but minimising these through healthy eating, correct preparation and recovery along with specific training will ultimately improve performance in both training and competition.
